Melissa is a seasoned business transformation and organisational optimisation specialist with over 25+ years' experience delivering business management solutions and strategies, supporting businesses as they reform, rebuild and realign to operate effectively and achieve their strategy vision. Collaborating with clients as they strive to achieve sustainable strategic and operational effectiveness, Melissa has designed, managed and delivered the strategic and operational aspects of organisational transformations, organisational efficiencies, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing, and organisation redesign & restructures. Melissa’s work sits at the intersection of enterprise intent, program delivery, business change, and frontline reality.
Melissa’s very practical experience and pragmatic approach have been gained through a variety of roles: as an Officer in the Royal Australian Navy and with numerous public and private sector clients, working at three premier professional services businesses – KPMG Consulting (UK), Deloitte Human Capital Director (QLD), Ernst and Young Consulting Executive Director (QLD). More recently Melissa has focused leading change at the Enterprise level (Airservices Australia and UnitingCare Queensland) and on providing boutique consulting and advisory services and coaching.
