Prentice Consulting’s commercial advisory and legal services are led by Jeremy Prentice, a highly experienced commercial advisor and legal practitioner with over 30 years of post-admission experience gained in Australia and internationally.

Jeremy is recognised for his pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to commercial problem-solving, his strong governance background, and his collaborative leadership style. His practice goes beyond conventional legal work—offering clients strategic and commercially grounded advice tailored to real-world business needs. With deep expertise in commercial structuring, Jeremy works closely with clients to design arrangements aligned with cash flow requirements, financing models, and risk tolerance. He is particularly adept at identifying and managing risk while preserving commercial opportunity—balancing legal integrity with business outcomes. He applies these attributes to provide effective transaction management services and to negotiate contracts to a successful conclusion. Jeremy’s leadership approach is grounded in his early career as a Royal Australian Navy officer, bringing discipline, structure, and teamwork to every engagement.
